The Hanjiang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 06:26 on April 20, 2026: Due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that most areas of towns (streets, parks) in our district will experience gusts of 7-8 levels during the day. Please take precautions. The District Office for Disaster Reduction and Relief and the District Meteorological Bureau jointly remind to strengthen prevention measures.
