* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville.
* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb
County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable
agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph
River to the Cedarville Reservoir.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:25 PM EDT Monday the stage was 13.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:25 PM EDT Monday was 13.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Wednesday afternoon and continue falling to 7.7 feet
Saturday evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
