Locations: Portions of northern and central Manitoba.

Maximum wind gusts: Northeasterly 70 to 80 km/h, with locally higher gusts possible.
Time span: Today until Saturday.
Remarks: A major spring storm will bring heavy snowfall and strong gusty winds to northern Manitoba. Conditions will deteriorate quickly today as accumulating snow occurs in conjunction with strengthening winds.
Avoid travel and outdoor activities, if possible.
