Impact: Streams and rivers may rise rapidly. Surface flooding, slips, and difficult driving conditions possible. Chance of upgrading to a Red Warning: Low. Changes: Area extended slightly farther north. Also, timing for onset of heavy rain brought forward, and cessation delayed.
