At 1122 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Springdale, or near West Branch, moving east at 45
mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Tipton, Rochester, Tipton Matthews Airport, and Cedar County
Fairgrounds around 1130 PM CDT.
Bennett, Sunbury, and Bennett Park around 1135 PM CDT.
Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include

This includes Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 254 and 278.
