At 14:40 on April 24, Huizhou Meteorological Observatory issued the yellow rainstorm warning signals for all streets and towns in Zhongkai District. The orange rainstorm warning signals for Xiaojinkou Street, Ruhu Town and Luzhou Town in Huicheng District continued to take effect. The yellow rainstorm warning signals for Qiaodong Street, Qiaoxi Street, Jiangnan Street, Jiangbei Street, Longfeng Street, Henan Street, Shuikou Street, Sandong Town, Ma an Town and Hengli Town in Huicheng District continued to take effect.
