The Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Meteorological Observatory issued an orange hail warning signal at 23:22 on April 25, 2026: It is expected that in the next 6 hours, hail weather may occur in the Santai Forest Farm and surrounding mountainous areas along the line from Wenquan Chagan Tunge Township to Haribuhu Town, Bolebian He District to Abihu Lake, and the southern part of Xiaoyingpan Town to Belinharimodun Township, accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms of level 8 or above and short-term heavy precipitation.
