The meteorological station of Huadu District upgraded the rainstorm warning signal of Tanbu Town in Huadu District from orange to red (the highest level) at 17:33 on April 28. Continuous heavy rainfall may cause secondary disasters such as landslides, mudslides, floods in small and medium-sized rivers, flash floods, and urban and rural waterlogging.
