At 13:16 on April 29, the meteorological observatory of Huiyang District upgraded the yellow rainstorm warning signal of Liangjing Town of Huiyang District to orange, and the yellow rainstorm warning signal of other towns and streets continued to take effect. The whole area entered the rainstorm defense state.
