Heavy rain is expected.

What: 40 to 70 millimetres of rain expected

When: Thursday morning to Friday evening

Where: Charlevoix, Tadoussac and Les Escoumins region

Additional information:

Rain combined with mild temperatures will accelerate melting of the snow pack. Ponding of water is likely on roads and in low-lying areas. This rain could also increase the level of some rivers.

Landslides may occur in vulnerable areas such as steep slopes, deforested areas or recent burn scars.

Stay away from rivers, creeks and culverts. Consider moving valuables to higher levels of your home.
