- At 154 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to nearly stationary thunderstorms. This will
cause arroyo and small stream flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lockwood Valley, Frazier Mountain, Alamo Mountain and Highway 33
from Lockwood Valley Road to the Santa Barbara County line.
