The Xishui County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 10:34 am on September 9, 2026: Due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that most towns and villages in Xishui will experience northerly winds of level 4 to 5, gusts of level 6 to 7, and gusts of level 8 or above around rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and mountainous areas on the night of September 9 to 10. Please take precautions.
