At 13:21 on September 9, 2026, the Yumin County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that from noon to night today, there will be lightning activity in Harabula Town, Jiyeke Town, Harabula Township, Xindi Township, Aletengyamule Township, Jiangge Township, 161st Regiment and some areas of the southern Baluk Mountain area in Yumin County. There is a high possibility of short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, strong winds, hail and other severe convective weather in some areas. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention of geological disasters such as flash floods, mudslides, and landslides caused by short-term heavy rainfall in some areas.
