The Ziyun County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 17:38 on September 9, 2026: It is expected that lightning activity will occur in towns (streets) such as Wufeng, Getuhe, Maoying, Bandang, Bayang, Huohua, and Baishiyan in our county within the next 6 hours, which may be accompanied by strong convective weather such as hail, short-term heavy precipitation, and strong winds, and may cause lightning disasters and accidents. Please stay away from large trees, corners of walls, or places with protruding metal objects. Do not hold objects with metal sharp corners upside down in your hands or carry them on your shoulders.
