At 17:22 on September 9th, the Songtao County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that the towns of Panshi and Ganlong in our county will be affected by strong winds in the next 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above and gusts of 7 or above. It is recommended to stop outdoor operations and stay away from buildings such as glass doors and windows, dangerous sheds, and tower cranes.
