The soil is oversaturated, and prolonged rainfall has caused flooding of floodplains and low-lying areas. BE AWARE of the potentially flood-prone areas! The environment is already overly humid, water is accumulating in the fields and in the lower depressions, low-lying areas on the banks of water bodies are flooded. Caution should be exercised when moving in flood-prone areas.
