At 19:16 on September 9th, the Luodian County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, towns such as Huxing, Longping, Fengting, Luoxi, Maojing, Hongshuihe, and Fengting in our county will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of up to level 6 and gusts of up to level 7, which may continue.
