Due to the influence of convective cloud systems developing westward, it is expected that there will be thunderstorms, accompanied by strong convective weather such as lightning, short-term heavy precipitation, and short-term strong winds in the next 3 hours. The Heyuan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds in Yuancheng District and Jiangdong New District at 21:20 on September 9, 2026.
