At 22:00 on September 9, 2026, Yiliang County Meteorological Observatory and Yiliang County Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level III warning for mountain flood disaster risk: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, the meteorological risk level of mountain flood disasters in towns (streets) such as Luowang, Liuxi, Niujie, Longhai, Xiaocaoba, Lianghe, Zhongming, Long an, Jiaokui, Fajie, Qiaoshan, Haizi, and Shulin in Yiliang County will be Level III (with a high possibility), and the meteorological risk level of mountain flood disasters in other towns (streets) will be Level IV (with certain risks).
