At 22:06 on September 9, 2026, Weixin County Meteorological Observatory and Weixin County Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level IV warning for mountain flood disaster risk: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the meteorological risk level of mountain flood disasters in towns and villages such as Chang an, Linfeng, Miaogou, Santao, Luobu, Jiucheng, Zhaxi, and Gaotian in our county will be Level IV (possibly occurring). Relevant departments are requested to pay attention to real-time monitoring, flood prevention warning, and relocation and avoidance measures.
