At 22:23 on September 9th, Rongjiang County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that towns such as Liangwang, Guzhou, Sanjiang, and Zhongcheng in our county will be affected by strong winds in the next 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above and gusts of 7 or above.
