At 22:20 on September 9, 2026, the Yiliang County Meteorological Observatory and the Yiliang County Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level III meteorological risk warning for small and medium-sized river flood disasters: Due to the impact of heavy rainfall weather, in the next 12 hours, towns (streets) such as Liuxi, Luowang, Niujie, Longhai, Zhongming, Lianghe, Long an, Qiaoshan, Jiaokui, Fajie, and Luoze River in Yiliang County will have a high meteorological risk of small and medium-sized river flood disasters. Relevant departments and towns are requested to pay attention to small and medium-sized river floods caused by precipitation, and to do real-time monitoring, flood prevention warning, and transfer and avoidance prevention work.
