At 23:08 on September 9th, the Zhenfeng County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that Pingjie, Changtian, Longchang, Beipanjiang, Zhexiang, Fengmao, Wanlan, Lianhuan, Bailian, Lurong, Lugong, Shaping and other towns (streets) in our county will be affected by strong winds in the next 24 hours, with an average wind force of up to level 6 and gusts of up to level 7. Please take precautions.
