At 00:10 on September 10, 2026, the Daguan County Meteorological Observatory and Daguan County Water Affairs Bureau jointly upgraded and issued a Level II warning for the risk of mountain flood disasters: it is expected that there is a high possibility of mountain flood disasters in towns such as Yuwan in Daguan County in the next 24 hours. Relevant departments are requested to pay attention to real-time monitoring, flood prevention warning, and evacuation measures.
