Due to the influence of strong convective cloud systems, thunderstorms have occurred locally, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, short-term strong winds, and strong lightning and other severe convective weather. The Lianping County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds in all towns of Lianping County at 23:38 on September 9, 2026.
