At 23:30 on September 9, 2026, the Daguan County Meteorological Observatory and Daguan County Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level III warning for the risk of flash floods: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, there is a high possibility of flash floods in towns such as Mugan, Yuwan, and Cuihua in Daguan County. Relevant departments are requested to pay attention to real-time monitoring, flood prevention warning, and evacuation measures.
