At 01:28 on September 10, 2026, the Zhaoyang District Meteorological Observatory and the Zhaoyang District Natural Resources Bureau jointly issued a geological hazard meteorological risk level IV warning: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the geological hazard meteorological risk level of towns such as Panhe, Beizha, and Qinggangling in our district will be level IV (with certain risks), which is prone to disasters such as landslides and collapses.
