At 03:00 on September 10, 2026, Yiliang County Meteorological Observatory and Yiliang County Water Bureau jointly upgraded and issued a Level II warning for flash flood disaster risk: in the next 12 hours, the risk level of flash flood disasters in towns (streets) such as Fajie, Jiaokui, Luozehe, Luowang, Liuxi, Niujie, Longhai, and Long an in Yiliang County will be Level II (highly likely), while the risk level of flash flood disasters in other towns will be Level III (highly likely).
