At 06:00 on September 10, 2026, the Zhaoyang District Meteorological Observatory and the Zhaoyang District Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level III warning for flash flood disaster risk: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, the risk level of flash flood disasters in towns such as Panhe and Sujia in our district will be Level III (high risk). Relevant departments are requested to take preventive measures.
