At 1114 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
southeastern Puerto Rico, moving west at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and frequent lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Guayama, Coamo, Santa Isabel, Cayey, Cidra, Aibonito, Arroyo,
Patillas, Salinas, Barranquitas, San Lorenzo, Maunabo, Orocovis,
Yabucoa, Las Piedras, Humacao, Emajagua, Vazquez and Olimpo.
