* At 113 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 to 40 knots. These strong
thunderstorms were over the offshore Caribbean Waters and
approaching the coastal waters of Southern Puerto Rico, moving west
at 20 knots.

Mainly open waters of Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to
17N, including the coastal waters of Saint Croix and Coastal Waters
of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.
