At 16:36 on September 10, 2026, the Guanling County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that within the next 24 hours, towns (streets) such as Xinpu, Shaying, Gangwu, Yongning, Dingyun, Duanqiao, Guansuo, Longtan, Puli, and Huajiang in our county will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind force of 6 or above and gusts of 7 or above, and will continue. Please try not to linger near glass doors, windows, or billboards when going out.
