At 18:45 on September 10, 2026, the Toksun County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that within the next 12 hours, the urban area, Xia Town, Bostan Town, Irahu Town, Keljian Town, Alehui Town, Shiquan Town, Kumish Town, and Guolebyi Township of Toksun County will be affected by lightning activity, accompanied by convective weather such as strong winds and short-term heavy precipitation in some areas.
