* At 646 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated clusters of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
weak waterspouts. These strong thunderstorms were located 13 NM
southwest of Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, or 21 NM southeast of
Timbalier Island, moving north at 10 knots.

Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, Grand Isle, Timbalier Island,
Timbalier Bay, Barataria Bay, Terrebonne Bay, Southwest Pass Of the
Mississippi River, Isle Derniers and Caillou Bay.
