* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1045 AM EDT, the public reported flooded roadways and multiple
water rescues in the warned area due to thunderstorms earlier
this morning. Flooding is already occurring. Between 4 and 6
inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, with additional rounds of light
rainfall possible.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jackson, Wellston, Rio Grande, Coalton, Vinton, Wilkesville,
Salem Center, Petersburg, and Dexter.
