At 13:50 on September 10, 2026, the Bayan County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 12 hours, Bayan Town, Wanfa, Dexiang, Xinglong, Tianzeng, Shanhou, Fengle, Xiji, Longmiao, Huashan, Heishan, Longquan, Waxing, Zhendong, Hongguang, Fujiang, Songhua River, and Bayan Port in our county will be affected by strong winds, with gusts of 6-7 levels and local gusts of 8 levels.
