At 10:19 am on September 11, 2026, the Hegang Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that during the day of the 11th, Xiangyang District, Gongnong District, Xingshan District, Dongshan District, Xing an District, Nanshan District, various townships, Luobei County, and Suibin County in Hegang City will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 4-5 levels and gusts of up to 7 levels. Relevant units and individuals are requested to take preventive measures.
