At 11:00 on September 11th, the Yanshou County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be strong winds in Yanshou Town, Qingchuan, Yanhe, Yuhe, Shoushan, Anshan, Liutuan, Jiaxin, Zhonghe, and Qingyang farms in the next 24 hours, with gusts of 7-8 levels and locally 9 levels.
