At 16:30 on September 11, 2026, the Emin County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from today afternoon to tomorrow day, some areas of Emin County and various regiments of the 9th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps will experience a wind force of about 8 degrees east, including towns such as Karayamule, Huojiert, Tuanjie Farm, and Erdaoqiao with wind force of 8 to 9 degrees east.
