* Until 1100 AM CDT.

* At 929 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
waterspouts were located along a line extending from Pensacola Bay
to 17 nm southeast of Perdido Pass to 29 nm south of Farewell Buoy,
moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
Pensacola Bay, Navarre Beach, Big Lagoon, West Santa Rosa Sound,
Pensacola Beach, Oriskany Reef, Pensacola Pass, Fort Walton Liberty
Ship Reef, and Fort Pickens.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
