At 14:53 on September 9th, the Huachuan County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that all towns and farms in our county will be affected by strong winds during the daytime from the 10th to the 11th, with an average wind force of 4-5 and gusts of 7 or above. Please pay attention to prevention. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments shall carry out wind prevention work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2.
