* At 616 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Altamaha Sound to 8 nm southwest of Saint
Augustine, moving southeast at 20 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
