* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The access road to Hidden Oak is
impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM EDT Friday the stage was 7.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
Monday morning and continue rising to 12.3 feet Monday evening.
Additional rises are possible thereafter.
