469, AND 470...

* WIND...Sustained southwest winds 20 to 25 mph, with gusts near
45 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity values as low as 8
percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
