At 431 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 44 nm southwest of Venice Inlet
to 21 nm west of Cayo Costa Island to 14 nm southwest of Captiva to
26 nm northwest of R Tower, moving north at 15 knots.
