possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Kentucky, including the following counties, in east central
Kentucky, Elliott, Fleming and Rowan. In northeast Kentucky,
Johnson and Martin. In southeast Kentucky, Floyd, Magoffin, Morgan
and Pike.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms will impact
locations within the watch area this afternoon and into the first
