At 406 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 18 nm southwest of Jekyll Island to 18
nm west of Talbot Island, moving northeast at 15 knots.
