- At 626 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 2.5
inches of rain have fallen.

Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, McMurray, Washington, Canonsburg,
Gastonville, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Scott Township, Whitehall,
