* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1222 AM EDT, emergency management reported lingering flooding
due to heavy rainfall on Saturday. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1
and 2.5 inches of rain fell on Saturday.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Henderson, Cheshire and
Adamsville.
