* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, in northwest Pennsylvania, Forest,
Jefferson PA and Venango. In southwest Pennsylvania, Higher
Elevations of Westmoreland and Washington. In western Pennsylvania,
Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Higher Elevations of
Indiana, Indiana and Westmoreland.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM EDT early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers with locally heavy rainfall may still create isolated
instances of flooding through 5 AM, especially in areas that
received heavy rain earlier.
